Nutrevo Body’s medical nutrition team selected clinically researched nutrients, discovered the top whole food sources of these nutrients, and then designed delicious recipes which feature these nutrients as whole foods. Each nutrient-based eating program includes meal plans, recipes, grocery lists and food substitution guides to naturally conquer wellness condition goals. All recipes can be cooked in 30-minutes or less and most contain 7 ingredients or less. If needed, and based on your nutrition questionnaire answers and progress, our nutrition team may also recommend specific nutrient-based supplements to further optimize nutrition levels. By combining both nutrient-based foods and supplements, you can regain back control of your body naturally.
